Compensation

Salary Range:
$70k-$80k plus $30k in potential commissions

About this Position

We are looking for a full-time Outside Sales Manager to act as a supervisor for outside sales reps. Focus will be on building the Underline brand in Colorado Springs and Fountain, and educating and converting potential residential customers. This position works with and reports directly to the local Director of Community Engagement to execute in-market campaigns, activations, events and assorted programs. Our approach to marketing and community engagement is grounded in grassroots, campaign-style tactics, so this position plays a critical role in the execution of this strategy. What you'd be doing:

  • Reports directly to the General Manager of Revenue 
  • Manages Personal Sales Goals as well as overall team goals. 
  • Manage Sales Team  in their daily tasks and assignments with the assistance of the GM for support.
  • Manages incoming leads and assigns to reps for follow up or closing the sale. 
  • Manage daily activity of team to ensure they are hitting sales goals some text
    • Work with GM to set team goals and activity metrics
    • Work with GM to establish sales strategies 
    • Establish “Start of Day” and “End of Day” protocol to ensure team is set up for daily success
  • Will be primary POC of Sales Rabbit and oversee SR management
  • Work with the Director for any specific organizational POC that we deem necessary relationships. (Professional organizations, HOA’s, Property Managers, etc)
  • Work in conjunction with GM on team training and education 
  • Work in conjunction with Marketing  to establish community programs and events.
  • Manage weekly inventory of marketing supplies
  • Other duties assigned as needed/discussed
  • Help Colorado Springs and Fountain residents understand the value of Underline by executing a programmatic approach to grassroots marketing.

  • A natural born leader who is well versed in team dynamics and management.
  • Experience in leading a sales team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on influencing others
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and handle a variety of responsibilities at once
  • Strong problem-solving and organization skills
  • Disciplined and self starter
  • Works well with people of all different communication styles

Bonus points:

  • You are fluent in Spanish (written and/or spoken)
  • You have a strong network of relationships in Colorado Springs and/or Fountain. These can be in the realm of neighborhood connections, organizational involvement (for profit, nonprofit, civic, etc) and business relationships. 
  • You have experience working on civic and/or mission-based projects for communities
